Answer 'yes' to any of these questions and you are probably ready to join Saints City Trust!

Membership fees

There are three classes of membership:

  • Adult single membership – price £10.00 per annum
  • Aged 17 & under/senior citizen single membership – price £5 per annum
  • Supporters Club life member – price £1.00 per annum (applies until 2012)

£1 of the initial subscription fee of members aged 16 and over goes towards the one share that you will hold in the capital of Saints City Trust and for which you will receive a share certificate; this entitles you to vote at general meetings and to stand for election to The Trust’s board.

All members receive a copy of The Trust’s annual report and a membership card which can be used to obtain discounts, as advertised, for merchandise, travel organised by The Trust to away games and events that it organises.



Our Members

In the first year after its incorporation, Saints City Trust had 157 members, of which 6 were aged 17 & under; 82 were adult members; 44 were senior members and 25 were life members of the Supporters Club.

Its membership was equivalent to 41% of the average attendance at the football club's home league games in 2009/10 and represented an increase of 8% on the membership of the supporters club (145) in 2008/9 and 1% on supporters club membership (155) in 2007/8.

135 members (86%) were male and 22 (14%) were female. 70% of its members lived in St Albans, 85% of them lived in Hertfordshire and 89% lived in the East region. 4 members lived abroad.

41 members (26%) had a family connection with another member, while 35 of them (22%) shared the same address as another member.

One third of the members were retired and among the others, the leading areas of work were owner-managed business, information & communications technology and transport & logistics (6% each), local government & the public sector, construction & trades and education (3% each).
